On the 8th September 2022, induction for IT Learnership (End-User computing) programme was conducted at Barokologadi Community Hall, Pitsedisulejang. 50 successful candidates from different Barokologadi villages attended the induction and in presence was Barokologadi CPA General manager (Mr. Amos Setou), Barokologadi Youth Secretary (Mr. Tebogo Matshane) Barokologadi Communal Property Association Administrator (Mr. Letsatsi Ditlhale), Elephants, Rhinos & People Chairperson (Mr. Lesiba Masibe), Godisang Development facilitator (Mr Abram Majola) and Godisang Development management (Mpumi and Monique).
The programme is aimed at equipping the learners with necessary skills required in the world of work especially now during the era of 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is key in making one competitive in the business world. The programme is a 12-month which learners will be also receiving a stipend of R3500 monthly.
Utmost gratitude goes to Barokologadi CPA, ERP, Godisang Development and Barokologadi Tribal Authority for making this a success as it is the second programme following the successful one from the previous year.
